Approach
In order to generate added value in food products, I had the opportunity to generate design proposals that alter their functional and perceptual aspects. For this process, I worked interdisciplinary, with professionals from the following disciplines:
Psychology /Neuroscience + Packaging engineering + Design + Gastronomy
In this process we have tried to intervene:
Example: Speciale: Salads designed for executives.
The cover separates the content to prevent bacterial contamination that can be produced when different types of food are mixed. The portioning and packaging design expect to create a pleasant experience with the product.

Jam labels development




Chocolate bar packaging development
In order to communicate that the product is organic and of high quality, the packaging was inspired on the figures of the indian Ecuadorian culture Tolita. Therefore, they were used in the graphic design of the box. Dark colors and gold inks were used to reinforce this idea. The repetition of the tolita figures symbolize the fair trade philosophy adopted by the company.
